You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
An RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required prior to SBA Gear accepting your return.

Clothing, Shoes and Accessories
Must be returned within 30 days
- We are happy to accept returned apparel that has not been used, worn, laundered and has its original tags attached.
- Custom printed pieces may not be returned
Jewelry & Watches
Must be returned within 15 days
- All jewelry, including fine jewelry, may be returned within 30 days. Upon inspection of returned item(s), the original purchase price and any applicable taxes charged will be refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Sports & Fitness, Camping
Must be returned within 30 days
- Autographed sports memorabilia must be returned with the included Certificate of Authenticity.

Books, Movies, Music and Video Games
Must be returned within 30 days if unused, unopened and unmarked
- Books must be returned unused and unmarked.
- CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, audiotapes, videotapes and video games must be returned unopened. If the item is defective, it can be returned within 45 days with a receipt and the original packaging. Defective items may be exchanged for the same title.
Must be returned within 15 days
- Video game software, if defective, can be returned within 15 days with a receipt and the original packaging. Defective items may be exchanged for a different title if the same title is not available.
Any returns which accepted beyond the specified return periods in this policy will be at the sole discretion of SBA Gear and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items purchased at SBA Gear by or from dealers or re-sellers are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping by weight. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the contiguous United States. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with one exception: if you are shipping an order to California we are required to charge sales tax.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 72 hours to process.
